Members of the public book Pātaka facailities via the Bookable website but internal staff bookings are made through this facilities booking form.
Meeting rooms require 15 minutes packdown each side of booking.
The Helen Smith Community Meeting Room, Performing Arts Studio, the Spine/Atrium and kitchen require 30 minutes packdown each side of the booking. This is built into the booking. If more packdown is required, it is to be added to the booking.
