Garden by In Bloom: An artists’ Garden by Porirua Schools

“Budding” artists have used collage and colour to turn Bottle Creek Gallery into a blooming gorgeous garden for the summer holidays. Over 20 local schools have participatedall in a project developed by the Pataka Education team to fill the gallery with flowers – and more than a few birds and insects too (can you spot them all?). The exhibition beautifully complements the Niki Hastings-McFall lei installation in the spine, and Karl Maughan’s larger-than-life garden paintings in our main gallery. Enjoy the sunshine, smell the flowers, and see what’s In Bloom!
