In partnership City Gallery Wellington and AITU Ball, Falencie and Father Tamatoa of House Aitu will host an introduction vogue class. The class is free, but bookings required.
In this class, Falencie and Tamatoa will breakdown the five elements of vogue, talk about the history of ballroom culture, how it arrived to NZ and through their work with FAFSWAG arts collective, built community and pioneered the Auckland ballroom scene.
This workshop is a great opportunity for first time participants to prepare for the upcoming AITU BALL at City Gallery Wellington on Thursday September 3rd 2020.
